Chalise Cooper
WICHITA CAMPUS
Originally from Haysville, KS, Chalise Cooper brings seven years of versatile recruiting experience—from telesales and high-volume customer service to healthcare, administrative, and construction staffing—to her role as a Career Services Specialist at Wichita Technical Institute. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix and a Paraprofessional Human Resources certification, which strengthens her approach to talent development and employer partnership building. She is passionate about empowering students with the confidence, tools, and coaching needed to succeed in today’s workforce. Her focus is connecting learners with meaningful opportunities, removing barriers, and helping every student build a career they can truly be proud of.
Selena Bradshaw
JOPLIN CAMPUS
Selena grew up in Wisconsin before joining the military and served in the US Navy and US Army. She earned her Masters degree in Business Management from Missouri Southern State University. Selena has worked at WTI for 19 years as an Administrative Assistant, Financial Advisor and Registrar. Her experience and commitment to education bring much needed knowledge that helps students determine their direction and goals. Her favorite quote is “The best investment you can make is in yourself” ~ Warren Buffett.
